The 33rd Street Residence
An amazing house of modern architectural design models that are located in Manhattan beach, south west of the city Los Angeles, California. Designed by Rockefeller Partners Architects California Studio. The house is called ‘The 33rd Street Residence’. The 33rd Street Residence is home to contemporary presents a solution to a challenging conditions of the place, because of its small size 420 square meters to be converted into that stunning contemporary residence. The architects working on this project to make the most of many, stretching the width, depth and height for the construction of buildings that are only limited to realize that build a park would not fit with this place. Therefore it the solution is to design a small Zen garden in the middle of the draft floor, enclosed by the children’s room on one side and the master bedroom on the other side. The 33rd Street Residence featuring a combination of white walls and wood inserts that differentiate this house from neighboring houses. The 33rd Street Residence is construction consists of three levels, making it possible to capture the views of the Ocean, thereby increasing the modern charm in this house. There is a porch on each level that relaxes while enjoying views of the ocean. Every porch has a large transparent glass that is used for limiting the porch. Car garage located on the bottom floor so it looks like under the house, and it has adds the minimalist side of this house.
